Facility
The production plant is a combination of latest machinery, and world-class R&D and laboratory facilities where new processes and technological innovations are continuously implemented. These efficient facilities nurture further innovation, maximise growth and ensure product manufacturing is never un-compromised.
Quality Control
Micro fillers are particle size products which need careful analysis, minute examination and inspection and great attention to detail to maintain their quality and integrity. Machines such as the 'Malvern Master Sizer 3000E', a UK built analyser has been deployed at the plant to check for precise RPM control and accuracy. These machines are the fulcrum that drives the plant's asset operations and deliver consistent
quality at all times.
Production Capacity
Having started from scratch, Vr Minerals has a present production capacity of 4000 tonnes per month. With a new production line soon to
begin, this will be stretched to a capacity of 10,000 tonnes per month.
Our endeavour in the next few years is to take the production capacity to 14,000 tonnes per month while being consistent in every other aspect.
Location
The manufacturing division of Vr Minerals is strategically located at Anantapur district, in close proximity to the rich, raw minerals of the area. The plant can easily be accessed by land and major
seaports of Chennai, Krishnapatnam and Mumbai to ensure smooth and hassle-free logistical movement. The Bangalore and Hyderabad airports and Anantapuram's main railway station also enhance connectivity to the place.
