Founded by Mr. Vasim Raja in 2007, Vr Minerals was established with a vision of re-invigorating an industry that he had already been contributing towards for more than a decade. His expertise in producing high quality raw materials, successful prior ventures of Hema Microns and Raja Minerals and association with multi-national clientele for many years were the impetus in setting up a highly specialised division that produced diverse, high quality raw materials with versatile uses.

Soon after its inception, Vr Minerals under the able guidance of its Director, Mr. Arun Ajmeri, managed to distinguish itself from the rest by producing a diverse segment of minerals, including Soapstone and Dolomite. These are extracted using best industry practices and adhere to stringent quality standards under exceptional safety precautions. The company is supported by highly experienced and skilled professionals, and have been awarded the 'Best Mine Award' from the Director of Mines and Safety (Bellary Region-IV) for four consecutive years.
